Iphone 12 Review

The iPhone 12 is the newest phone model created by Apple. The options for the phone are the iPhone 12 Mini, iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, and iPhone 12 Pro Max. The standard model is the iPhone 12, with a very sizable 6.1 inch display. The phone fits very comfortably in the hand, and is the perfect size for both 1 and 2 hand texting. All iPhones created after the iPhone 5 have a round edge, but the iPhone 12 has the old-school flat edge. This helps all cases feel very stable on the phone, and keep cases from popping off upon impact. The flat edge also helps keep small particles such as dirt and dust out of the crease between the screen and case edge.

For the back of the phone, Apple chose a very sleek glass look with a camera taking up about a sixth of the back side. There are two cameras on the back that allow not only a zoom-in feature, but a very fascinating extra wide angle zoom-out option. The glass back of the iPhone 12 is available in the colors red, white, black, blue, and green. I believe that blue is the cleanest and coolest option because the red is very pinkish, as well as the white. The green is a bit too light for my preference, and the black is a bit basic. But, the blue is very unique and gives the phone a pop of color.

For the actual phone itself, it is definitely the fastest phone I have ever used. The screen fills up almost the entire glass front excluding a little piece near the top where the camera is. The screen is very customizable with many available widgets, which gives every phone a unique touch.

Also, with the iPhone 12, you do not need to worry about your phone getting wet. The phone can be under 6 meters of water for up to 30 minutes, and be perfectly fine. So, this means the iPhone 12 can function as an underwater camera, which is a very futuristic and fascinating feature. The biggest plus for me was this feature was the ability to bring the phone into the shower to play music. With my old phone, if I did not enjoy a song that was being played, I would have to get out of the shower to change it, which was a pain. With the iPhone 12, I can place my phone on the shelf in the shower, and change a song in seconds.

Although the iPhone 12 starts at a whopping $799, I fully recommend the product if your budget allows due to all the fascinating features.
